A consulting firm for the teams behind AI infrastructure
Kernavique is a consulting firm that builds the teams behind AI infrastructure. We work for data center developers, operators and contractors, engineering and commissioning consultancies, AI platform consultancies, AI labs and data vendors, and Series A to C AI companies, mostly in the United States. Our four practices plan a team, hire it permanently, supply engineers on contract and provide domain experts for model training and evaluation. The name is pronounced ker-na-VEEK.

What we do
AI infrastructure is built by people who are hard to find: the commissioning managers who bring a data center into service, the mission-critical engineers who keep it running, the forward deployed engineers who make an AI platform work inside a client program, and the qualified professionals who train and evaluate the models.
Kernavique works in that market and no other. We plan teams before the hiring starts, make permanent hires, place engineers on contract through their own companies and provide domain experts to the labs and vendors that need them.

Kernavique Research publishes the Briefing: reads on the AI infrastructure hiring market, and the figures behind our hub and role pages. A pay figure appears only when an employer published it in a job ad we read, quoted as written, with the employer, title, location, the date we read it and a link. Market figures carry their publisher and date.
If a number cannot be traced to a page read on a known date, we leave it out.
