- Several searches without an agreed plan can produce overlapping roles and gaps. The Blueprint fixes the roles, the order and the mix first, so each search has a clear place in the team. If you already have a plan, we review it rather than start again.
- Can the first hire help choose the rest of the team?
- Yes, and that is the point of running the roles in sequence. The people placed first review the later specifications and can join the later interviews if you want them to.
- Can part of the team be on contract?
- Yes. The Blueprint sets the contract and permanent mix. Where engineers on contract fit, Capacity supplies them through their own companies while the permanent roles are filled.
- Is a team build contingent or committed?
- Each search within the build runs on the model that suits the role, and we recommend which on the brief call. Leadership roles in a build are always committed searches.
