Palantir Foundry, AIP, LLM and MLOps engineers on contract
Kernavique’s Platform engineers service places individual engineers on contract: Palantir Foundry and AIP forward deployed engineers, LLM and GenAI engineers, MLOps and data engineers, and AI infrastructure and GPU cluster engineers. Each is engaged through their own company for a defined scope and term, and matched to a written scope before they start. It is for partners and consultancies that hold the delivery contract and need another engineer on it.

Platform engineers
What you get
A written scope
The platform, the deliverables, the term and who the engineer reports to, agreed before anyone is proposed.
Named engineers matched to it
Engineers whose recent work fits the scope, with our notes on the platforms and programs behind each one.
Clear contracting
Kernavique contracts with you and with the engineer’s company, with the scope and term set out in writing.
Contact through the term
We stay in touch with you and the engineer, so a scope that drifts is caught early.
How it runs
- ScopeOn the brief call we write the scope: platform, deliverables, term and start date.
- MatchWe propose named engineers against that scope, with our notes.
- StartYou interview and choose, and the engineer starts under a written agreement.
- End of termWe agree with you what happens at the end: close, extend or convert.
When it fits
- You hold a Foundry or AIP delivery contract and one workstream needs an engineer now.
- An LLM or MLOps piece of work has a clear scope and an end date.
- You need GPU cluster or AI infrastructure skills for a build phase, not for the long run.
Who it is for
- Palantir partners and implementation consultancies that hold the delivery contract
- Mid-size consultancies with AI platform work and no bench to staff it
- Series A to C companies with a platform to build
Questions buyers ask
- Which platforms and skills do you cover?
- Palantir Foundry and AIP, LLM and GenAI engineering, MLOps, data engineering, and AI infrastructure and GPU cluster engineering. If your scope sits outside these, we say so on the brief call.
- How are the engineers engaged?
- Through their own companies. Kernavique contracts with you and with the engineer’s company, and the scope and term are set out in writing before the engagement starts.
- What happens at the end of the term?
- We agree it with you before the engagement starts. The engagement closes, the term is extended, or the engineer converts to a permanent employee through Contract to permanent.
- Where are your engineers based?
- US engineers for US clients come first. UK and EU engineers join US programs where the work and the client allow it.

- Large language model, the kind of model behind chat assistants and many AI products.
- MLOps
- Machine learning operations: deploying, monitoring and maintaining models in production.
- GPU
- Graphics processing unit, the chips most AI training and inference runs on.
