Who we work with

Qualified domain experts for AI labs and data vendors

For AI labs and data vendors, Kernavique supplies the qualified professionals whose judgment a model is trained and evaluated against: English-law solicitors and barristers, chartered accountants and tax specialists, clinicians, front-office finance, and compliance and financial crime specialists. Each is vetted and conflict-checked before you see them. They work as named individuals, as evaluation panels or as a managed team with a lead, and we can design the program before anyone starts.

Labs and data vendors

What you are up against

  • Generalists cannot judge professional work

A model’s answer on a tax position, a contract clause or a discharge summary can read well and still be wrong. Only someone qualified in the field can tell, and write the rubric that teaches the difference.

  • A qualification has to be checked, not described

A profile that calls someone a lawyer or a clinician is not evidence. You need to know each expert’s qualification has been confirmed with the relevant register or professional body, and that their practice history matches your domain.

  • Professional rules travel with the expert

Solicitors, accountants and clinicians work under conduct rules and confidentiality duties of their own. A program that ignores them, or puts an expert in conflict with a client they act for, puts both the data and the expert at risk.

  • One expert’s view is not ground truth

Qualified practitioners disagree on contested questions. Evaluation data needs a panel, a rubric, a way to settle disagreement and someone accountable for consistency across the program.

How we help

  • Named, vetted professionals for a defined training or evaluation program. You see each expert’s qualification, and what it qualifies them to judge, before they start.

  • Small panels of practitioners who grade, rank and write rubrics against your brief, where agreement across several experts matters more than any one view.

  • A team with a lead who owns quality and timing, delivering per deliverable rather than per hour, so your data team manages one relationship.

  • For heads of data designing a program from scratch: the pool, the vetting, the deliverable structure and the legal structure, set before anyone is engaged.

Questions buyers ask

Which professions can you supply?
English-law solicitors and barristers, chartered accountants and tax specialists, clinicians, front-office finance professionals, and compliance and financial crime specialists. If your program needs a profession outside that list, tell us at the brief and we will say plainly whether we can cover it.
Our models serve US users. Are UK-qualified experts suitable?
For many programs, yes: legal reasoning, accounting judgment and clinical knowledge carry across to evaluation and rubric work. Where a task turns on US law or a US license, we say so at the brief, not after the work starts.
How is this different from a data labeling vendor?
A labeling vendor supplies volume. We supply named, qualified professionals for the parts of a program where the judgment needs a qualification. Data vendors can bring us in for that layer of their own programs.
How do you handle confidentiality and conflicts?
Every expert is conflict-checked against your brief before we introduce them, and confidentiality terms are agreed before any material is shared. The program is designed around the conduct rules each profession works under.
Can experts work per deliverable instead of per hour?
Yes. Managed expert teams deliver per deliverable, with a lead accountable for quality and timing. Individual experts can work the same way where the program allows it.
