Program setup for expert training and evaluation programs
Program setup is the first stage of a Kernavique Expertise engagement. Before any expert starts, we set the structure they will work to: the pool, the vetting standard, the deliverable units, and the legal and professional-conduct rules. Solicitors, accountants and clinicians each work under conduct rules, so the program is built around them. Sourcing then starts against that structure, so the plan and the people come from one firm.

Program setup
What you get
Pool and seniority
Which professions, qualifications and levels of practice the work needs, and where UK or US qualifications apply.
Vetting standard
What we confirm for each expert, from registration and practice history to conflicts, set against the domain you are testing.
Deliverable units
The unit of work and its acceptance standard, so experts and reviewers judge against the same thing.
Conduct constraints
The professional-conduct rules each profession works under, and how the program respects them, including confidentiality.

- An earlier program produced data you could not rely on, and you want the structure fixed before new experts start.

Questions buyers ask
- How is this different from Expert Program Design in Advisory?
- Expert Program Design is an Advisory engagement that ends in a written design you can run with any supplier. Program setup is part of an Expertise engagement: we set the structure, then supply the experts who work to it. Choose Program setup when you already want us to supply the people.
- Why do professional-conduct rules matter for AI data work?
- Solicitors, accountants and clinicians each work under rules on confidentiality, conflicts and the scope of their practice. A program that ignores them can lose experts partway through, or ask them for work they should not do. Designing around the rules from the start avoids both.
- Can a program mix UK and US professionals?
- Yes, where the work allows it. Legal reasoning, accounting judgment and clinical knowledge carry across to much evaluation and rubric work; where a program needs a US qualification, the design says so.
- Do we need program setup if we already know what we want?
- Not always. If you already have a pool definition, a vetting standard and a deliverable unit, we review them on the brief call and move straight to sourcing.
