Each role page sets out what the role does, the skills and credentials that matter, what employers publish for it in dated job ads, and which of our services fills it. Pay figures are quoted as published, with the employer, title, location and the date we read the ad.

Method
How we quote pay
Published ranges only
We quote a pay figure only when an employer published it in a job ad we read, and we link to that ad.
As written
The job title, location and range are copied from the ad, never rounded, and marked as base salary or total compensation where the ad says which.
Dated
Every figure carries the date we read it. Ads close and ranges change, so an old figure is a reference point, not a quote.
